3D virtual tour
DuProprio offers you an innovative new technology that gives 3D virtual house tours. This is a great way to show your property to potential buyers, while saving time and energy.

This tool is included in our most comprehensive package1 or can be purchased separately for $499.95.

Featured Homes
This service gives your listing greater visibility on DuProprio.com. Your property will appear in the Featured Homes section, which is displayed at the top of every search results page.

Additional photos
All our packages, except the most comprehensive one1, have a limit on the number of photos, all of the packages have a maximum number of photos. If you want to include more photos in your listing, you can purchase additional spaces.

Photo reshoot
Very useful following renovations, our photo recovery service is offered at a cost of $179.95. The DuProprio representative will come to take the new photos of the property, as during the departure meeting.

Spark the curiosity of passersby and attract potential buyers in your neighborhood with personalized signs and descriptive add-ons! Your orders will be shipped via Purolator the day after your purchase. You should receive them within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that a $16 shipping fee will apply.

Helpful information
Some Quebec municipalities do not allow directional signs to be put up on its territory or on public utility poles. Check with your municipality before ordering additional signs.
Renewing and updating your listing
Renewing and updating your listing, which will reposition it in the search results, is included in our most comprehensive package1. It is also possible to purchase it separately, for $249.95.
This service includes:
- A telephone consultation with a real estate coach to discuss updating your listing (e.g. modifying the description, mentioning renovations or improvements, changing the price, changing the main photo that appears in the search results, adding photos taken in a different season, changing the order of the photos);
- Repositioning the listing in the search results list;
- Sending an email alert to potential buyers.
