DuProprio’s legal assistance service is for its property seller clientele only. The service lets you talk to notaries specialized in real estate and who are employed by DuProprio. You’ll get answers to your legal questions about the sale of your property.

Please note that our notaries will answer your legal questions over the phone. They are not involved in finalizing your transaction.
You should be aware that our notaries cannot fill in documents for you and that some of your questions may be outside their area of expertise, for instance issues relating to tax law. In such cases, they will refer you to the appropriate resources.
It is still necessary to go to a notary’s office to finalize your sale.
