Featured Homes section
The Featured Homes section gives your listing greater visibility on DuProprio.com by displaying it above the search results list.
The homes to be featured are selected according to the inventory available and the main search criteria used by buyers: geographic location and price. However, the search ranges are broadened to raise the visibility of the featured properties and to give buyers a better idea of the local market. As such, the price* or location of the properties that appear in this section may not strictly match the original search criteria.
The number of visitors who click on your listing will rise significantly when the Featured Homes option is activated. Since it is not possible to predict buyers’ searches or the number of properties that will be featured at a given time, results will vary from week to week.

Your inventory
Depending on the package you chose at the start, you may already have a bank of Featured Homes weeks in your account. It is also possible to purchase additional weeks.
Consult your account balance
Schedule by week
Our Featured Homes weeks are not programmed automatically. How you use them will depend on your marketing strategy. Properties are featured for one week at a time, for seven consecutive days.
To schedule one or two weeks, go to the Featured Homes section .
FAQ
Do I need to schedule my weeks far in advance?
No. Although you cannot schedule a week to start the same day, you can schedule it to start as soon as the next day.
*If a minimum or maximum price is selected, the homes that will be featured can vary by +/- $50,000.
