Your seller's space has evolved!
Our teams have been working hard to improve the sales experience offered by our Mon DuProprio platform for several months, and we’re finally there! The new interface on your Seller Space has been available since December 2. You'll find all the same features you've come to know and love , but in a more accessible and intuitive format. Here are just a few of the noteworthy changes to help you find your way around
Creating your listing
All the main elements of your listing are now accessible from the home screen of your Seller space, rather than being separated into three steps. This gives you a better overview of your listing. When you create your listing, simply complete the elements indicated in the “Your progress” zone.
Your Mon DuProprio will suggest that you follow the steps in a specific order., but this is only a suggestion aimed at offering you the best possible support. The section will display your progress, but if you don't finish in one visit, you’ll be able to pick up where you left off the next time you log on.
Your space before and after going online
In this new version, the home page of your Seller Space will remain pretty much the same, whether you're in listing creation mode, or actively managing your property for sale.
In creation mode, some sections will not yet be active. For example, if your property is not yet officially for sale, you won't be able to schedule an open house.
This change has been made to ease your transition between the creation and sale periods, andl allow you to familiarize yourself with the platform and its possibilities right from the start.
Additional navigation for quick access
The new interface will also let you navigate more easily between popular pages. The new navigation bar will provide quick access to your listing statistics, your appointment center, useful documents including pre- and post-sale seller's guides, and our various legal documents (offer to purchase, seller's declaration, etc.). 
Better consolidation of your DuProprio resources
DuProprio offers a multitude of tools to increase the visibility of your listing, and gives you access to a wealth of important information. All these tools can be found in the section called “Your Resources”, which is easily accessible from your main interface. 
Opinions or comments?
Following the launch of our new interface, a “Your opinion” tab (accessible only from a computer) will be available in your Seller area. You'll be able to tell us what you think about all the changes with just a few clicks.

Frequently asked questions
How do I share my listing on Facebook?
While you can share your property on Facebook directly from your listing (on DuProprio.com as well as on the DuProprio application), you can also do so directly from your Seller space. Click on the three dots (...) in the top right-hand corner for additional options, including sharing your listing. This tool is only available when your listing is online.
Where do I find legal documents such as the offer to purchase?
The nomenclature used for this section has been optimized to better reflect the various documents available. In addition to the legal documents required for the transaction, you'll find various seller's guides and an explained version of an offer to purchase.
All these documents are available under the heading “Useful documents”.
Where can I find the description of my listing?
The description you have written (or will write) can be found in the “Description of my listing” tab. This section also contains other important functions, including the filter you can use to highlight a specific feature in the search results, and the selection of search criteria.
Where would I find the details I can add to my listing?
The details you can add or modify, which are visible in the search results, can be found in the “Listing Summary” section. This section contains other important functions, including the description and selection of search criteria.
Where are the statistics for my listing?
Statistics are always available in the new Seller space. Unlike the old version of Mon DuProprio, they are no longer directly on your main page. They are easily accessible from the navigation bar, which contains other important elements such as the appointment center and useful documents.
Where can I find real estate activities in my area?
Would you like to find out more about your area? You can access data such as the number of new listings, scheduled open houses, completed sales in the area, as well as sales lead times for DuProprio properties by going to your “statistics” tab at the very bottom of the page.
